Well, That Was Unexpected!

Titan returned to the show ring this year as a veteran, and what a remarkable comeback it has been. Throughout the season, he has accumulated several Best Veteran in Show awards, proving that age is truly just a number.

One of the highlights of the year was competing at the Siberian Husky Club of Gauteng Championship Show under respected breeder-judge Mrs Cheryl Battey of Foxfire Siberian Huskies. Against quality competition, Titan exceeded all expectations and walked away with the ultimate honour — Best in Show.

The last time Titan competed at the KUSA Classic Weekend was in 2023, when he was crowned KUSA National Working Dog. Since then, he has happily taken a step back while we focused on campaigning Knox. However, this year our golden oldie reminded everyone exactly why he is such a special dog.

To see him return to the ring with the same enthusiasm, presence, and quality that have defined his career has been incredibly rewarding. Moments like these remind us that true greatness never fades.
